1. Who We Are

Interact Gallery ("we", "us") is operated by Nick Markou. Contact details are in the Legal Notice. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What Interact Gallery Is

Interact Gallery is an independent editorial catalogue of publicly accessible interactive web experiences, such as 3D configurators, virtual showrooms and AR previews. Listings are compiled from publicly available information and from testing the live apps.

A listing is not an endorsement. We are not affiliated with the brands and developers we list, and no one can pay for inclusion, placement or a score. How we select and score apps is described in our Editorial Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

Our own content (descriptions, scores, articles, taxonomy and site design) belongs to Nick Markou. You may link to it and quote short passages with attribution and a link back.

Brand names, product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products and developers being reviewed. Screenshots of third-party websites are shown for identification, review and commentary, and every listing links to the original experience. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, see section 6.

4. Accounts

You can sign in with Google to post reviews and save lists. Each account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. User Reviews

Reviews must reflect your own experience of the app. Do not post:

Reviews of an app you built, commissioned or compete with, or that you were paid or rewarded to write
Content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights
Other people's personal data, advertising or spam

Reviews appear immediately and are moderated after publication. We may remove a review that breaks these rules and will tell the author why. By posting a review you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it and to include its scores in the app's ratings. You can edit your review at any time or ask us to delete it.

6. Corrections and Removal Requests

Anyone can report content on this site: brands, developers, rights holders and users. Email sothnotprod@gmail.com with:

The URL of the page concerned
What is inaccurate, or which right or law you believe is affected, and why
Your name, email address and, if relevant, whom you represent
A statement that, to the best of your knowledge, the information in your request is accurate and complete

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and tell you what we decided and why. We correct factual errors and remove content that infringes rights or breaks the law. Other removal requests are assessed case by case.

Developers can also claim their vendor page to manage its profile, app descriptions and screenshots. Claiming a page does not give control over scores.

7. Build Requests and Consultations

Submitting a build request, a free assessment request or a contact message does not create a contract or an obligation for either side. Any work is agreed separately in writing. A free assessment is general guidance, not professional advice.

8. External Links

Listings link to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for. Outbound links carry a Source=InteractGallery parameter so the destination can see where the visit came from.

9. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". Descriptions and scores reflect apps as we found them when we reviewed them, and apps change afterwards. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Nothing on the site is professional, legal or investment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of content on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
